Expect great things for this year.
The new year is here and it is full of opportunities for us. If we want to possess these opportunities then we must believe they are possible. God has a lot of things in store for us in 2012, and it is up to us to take advantage of them. We must not look at the former things that did not work in 2011, but look toward the future. Our future looks bright, and it is our time to shine. We should expect great things for our lives this year. When a new season comes, so does a fresh anointing. God equips us with strength and power to go forth and carry us through. Our new year can be greater than the rest. It can be our best yet if we believe. Do not allow what you see to determine your future. Decide today that nothing will stop you from achieving your goals. It is our year to expect big things for our lives.

Declare the victory over the end of 2011.
Do not allow the end of the year to be a sad time for you, take a step of faith and declare that the rest of this year you will have the victory. Declare the victory over every obstacle that rises against you, victory over every situation stopping you, victory over every thought that suggests the remainder of 2011 will not get better. Victory does not just come but it is obtained. Maintain your position as a champion and see yourself as a winner. Winners make up their minds ahead of time that they will not be defeated. The ending of this year can be great and a testimony to many about the good things that happened for you. I have decided that 2011 will be a turning point for me. It will be a closing of something great but an entry way of blessings for 2012. I choose to believe that my dreams and aspirations will continue to flourish and I will be enriched in all things. I declare that the end of 2011 will bring favor, blessing, and peace abundantly in my life. I have the victory!

Don't Be Afraid To Step Out On Faith
Don't Be Afraid To Step Out On Faith
Many of us have dreams and aspirations we would like to accomplish. Some of those are big while others are smaller, whatever it is we all would like to make our dreams apart of our reality. When our goals seem bigger than us or less obtainable we sometimes put them off or decide to let them go. Today I say don't let your dreams fade or linger on, Step out on faith.
Stepping out in faith can feel uncomfortable and a little scary not knowing the outcome. If we never take the first step we will never take a second. Think of a baby when he or she gets ready to adventure out walking. The baby seems nervous about trying and often will give up several times before they take the first step. In the inside that baby knows that he or she was destined to walk. So the baby at some point with much persistence decides to step out on faith. That child does not know what waits ahead of them or what could possibly happen but they understand the reward is greater in trying then to not ever learn at all. In a sense walking is a big part of who they are.
There are probably things you would love to do but fear and the thought of failure has crippled your ability to do them. I say, allow the champion in you to conquer this battle and believe with God all things are possible.

Keep Pressing Forward
Pressing forward is not easy as it sounds but in doing so our efforts will eventually pay off. Galatians 6:9-(And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.)
When we choose to remain steady in the faith, we see results. Imagine you are in a marathon, your goal is to endure to the end. It may start off strong when you have the most energy but somewhere in the middle you start to slow down. Near the end, finishing takes lasting power. During this time you may have to motivate yourself, find your inner strength, and believe it is possible. You may feel like giving up or throwing in the towel because you may think you do not have it in you. Somehow you muster your courage and remind yourself how much it took to get this far. You see the end result of everything you have worked hard for and you make it to the end. You did it. You kept pressing forward when you could have give in. Your effort paid off.
In our journey called life we continue to press forward no matter the situation ahead. We see our victory. We see the opportunity to do great things and we accomplish them by pressing forward and reaping in due season. So, continue to press forward.

Encouraging Yourself
Encourage Yourself
There comes a moment when you have to encourage yourself. Mainly no one may be around or it could be something that you might not want to tell anyone. Whatever the circumstances are you might just find you have to encourage yourself.
Often times it is not that easy to encourage yourself be it a loss of an important person, tragedy that has struck, or maybe not as drastic but something you are dealing with that seems hopeless.
I have been in situations that I knew I could not tell anyone but the weight of the matter seemed to overtake me. Encouraging myself was not the first thing I wanted to do but it was the thing I needed to do.
I have had things happen to me that I literally thought my world would come crumbling down. Dark and painful moments I have seen them. Again encouragement helped to walk through the hardest paths.
My biggest form of encouragement came from reading the bible. I drew from the verses that told me to cling to hope, to not give in because God would not give up on me, and no matter where I been it would determine the great future God had for me.
It was not easy at the time believing and walking through heartache and pain but continuing to press my way and encourage myself proved to bring a much brighter day.
No matter the problem(s) that are before you remember to persevere through and never stop encouraging yourself.
1Samuel 30:6- And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.

What Inspires You
Today I ask the question of what inspires you. What is your source of inspiration. Inspiration for many comes from faith, a particular person, family, a friend, a book, a movie, or any source someone feels inspired by.
Inspiration
1. stimulation or arousal of the mind, feelings, etc, to special or unusual
activity or creativity
2. the state or quality of being so stimulated or aroused
3. someone or something that causes this state
4. an idea or action resulting from such a state
5. the act or process of inhaling; breathing in
Inspiration comes from many sources and inspiration is different for many. Inspiration helps you to look at things in a different perspective. Inspiration motivates and encourages you to do what you thought you were unable to do. Inspiration moves you into a place of possibility.
Today, what is your source of inspiration? Find that inspiration and draw from it allow it to stimulate your mind to reach further than before. As well as you get inspired, remember others need inspiration too. Pass the same inspiration on you received to someone else waiting to be inspired.
